This brief presentation explores how the improv principle of “Yes And” can help you prioritize what matters most, think on your feet, and approach everyday life with more confidence and creativity. Cameron will share short improv games, insights from comedy and theater, and demonstrate what the beginning of an improv class looks like.

This program is designed for anyone curious about improv, communication, creativity, or simply trying something new.
