This film is about healing and hope, coming out of our darkest hours, for Traumatic Brain Injury is a leading cause of death and disability in the U.S., thousands of lives are impacted yearly and possibly ruined by TBI and PTSD. Quiet Explosions talks about this silent killer and the hope that is now out there for the millions of people who struggle with the aftermath of these quiet explosions.
After each showing the Director and Producer Jerri Sher will be here for Q&A. Jerri is a two time EMMY Award-winning filmmaker and this documentary is up for an Oscar.
This movie was inspired by the best-selling book "Tales from the blast factory" by Green Beret Andrew Marr and his brother Adam Marr (Apache Pilot).
This is not just about Veteran's but Athletes, First Responders and everyone else.
