Stonehouse Data Solutions will be at the Cody Country Chamber of Commerce on May, 3, 2019 from 10am to 2pm.
How does it work?
Cody Chamber Members - Bring your box/boxes of shredding material here to the Chamber. Stonehouse will have a secure trailer on site. You agree to the document destruction, they will weigh your boxes, you pay your fee, and then the documents are released to Stonehouse for secure destruction.
Stonehouse Data Solutions process will fully destroy the information contained in each record and does not allow for reconstruction. Prior to shredding you do not need to remove paper clips, staples, binder clips or rubber bands. It can even stay in binders and folders if desired. They just ask that you bring your paper in boxes with a lid so the Wyoming wind doesn't grab hold of anything.
How much will it cost to participate?
There is a $25 (normally $50) fee to participate. The first 30 lbs. of shredding are free to Cody Chamber members, and additional pounds over 30 lbs. cost 36 cents per lb. Payment is preferred by cash or check, however a credit card option will be available.
