Event Description:
Join the Cody Library on Tuesday, January 31, at 4:00 p.m. when Devan Costa-Cargill, Regional Director of the Wyoming Small Business Development Center Network, will offer a workshop called, Company Culture. Area entrepreneurs and business owners will learn how to create a positive work environment, make space for individual needs and personal values, implement routines for communication, empower teams to be leaders, and create opportunities to learn.
