Position Requirements:
- Excellent communication

- Self start and motivational skills
- Manage a small team of seasonal outside sales reps.
- Pest control experience
- Obtain pest control licensing
- Obtain QualityPro certification
- Pass background and drug tests
- Exude a positive workmanlike attitude
Compensation Potential and Benefits:
This is a commission based position. Starting commission scale will be based on experience and verifiable past performance.
